outdated link to public key?

I have been following these instruction to upgrade to Progress Linux 5+:

Unfortunately, this link seems outdated:
https://cdn.deb.progress-linux.org/packages/project/pgp/progress-linux-5-engywuck-archive-key.pub

Could someone point me to the correct link for the keys? Thanks a lot!
