du hast inkorrekt konfigurierte apt sources/preferences (vergl. apt
policy libzxingcore1).

wie schon oft gesagt:

  https://progress-linux.org/installation/

bitte macht *entweder* alles von hand gemaess Punkt 2.2, *oder* alles
automatisch via Punkt 2.1.
