Libreoffice geht nicht in Progress Linux 6.99 (fuchur-backports)

deine Ausgabe zeigt, dass das du das Backports Repo *nicht* konfiguriert
hast. Mit konfiguriertem Backports Repo saehe es so aus:

$ apt policy libzxingcore1
[...]
 *** 1.2.0-1~progress6+u1 999
        999 https://deb.progress-linux.org/packages
fuchur-backports/main amd64 Packages
     1.1.1-2 500
        500 https://debian.ethz.ch/debian bullseye/main amd64 Packages
