LaTeX Installation - broken pipe

Dear all,

I try to install LaTeX (on Windows) following the Wiki. I've observed this now several times,
that the Install wizard errors out (on the Tcl script): see screenshots. Is this a (timing) issue
with the server(s) from which the distribution is downloaded?

What could cause this?
