Morgen Donnerstag, 17. November um 17h geht es um verschiedene Anwendungsformen von Geo-Daten und eine Datenmanagementplattform. Kerrie Stauffer<https://www.bfh.ch/wirtschaft/de/ueber-das-departement-wirtschaft/personen/rz2ldukpdcyh/> vom Digital Sustainability Lab (DSL<https://www.bfh.ch/wirtschaft/de/forschung/forschungsbereiche/digital-sustainability-lab/open-education-server/>) präsentiert die Visualisierung «Global Mountain Biodiversity Assessment», welche die Darstellung von räumlichen und zeitlichen Veränderungen in wichtigen Biodiversitätsgebieten in den Bergen ermöglicht. Danach stellt Lorin Reber<https://www.linkedin.com/in/lorin-reber-492016b5/> von der BEDAG<https://www.bedag.ch/de/> eine kürzlich neu erstellte Plattform für analytisches Datenmanagement vor. Diese bietet Lösungen, Daten aus unterschiedlichsten Datenquellen zu extrahieren, sie abfrageorientiert aufzubereiten und bedarfsgerecht zu visualisieren. Nebst dem Tech-Stack (bestehend aus Airflow, DBT, PostgreSQL, Superset) präsentiert er uns auch ein Geo-Plugin, welches für das Self-Service BI Tool Apache Superset entwickelt wurde.

Tomorrow Thursday November 17 at 5 p.m. we will meet for the next data visualization meeting on different applications of geospatial data and a data management platform. Kerrie Stauffer<https://www.bfh.ch/wirtschaft/de/ueber-das-departement-wirtschaft/personen/rz2ldukpdcyh/> from the Digital Sustainability Lab (DSL<https://www.bfh.ch/wirtschaft/de/forschung/forschungsbereiche/digital-sustainability-lab/open-education-server/>) will present the visualization "Global Mountain Biodiversity Assessment", which allows the visualization of spatial and temporal changes in important biodiversity areas in the mountains.
